the winter edition of the popular Taste Festival has been confirmed in late November.
Taste of London opens at Tobacco Dock from 18 – 21 November and, as usual, offers a chance to try signature dishes and small plates from restaurants throughout the capital.
From Thursday to Sunday and divided into six sessions, around 20,000 Londoners will be able to try plates from e.g. Renowned, perma-overflowing Sri Lankan spot Hoppers, Tooting favorite Juici Jerk, who specializes in Caribbean food, and Cin Cin, the Italian kitchen bar that opened in Fitzrovia earlier this year after success in Brighton.
More restaurants will be announced over time, but Taste also promises to “transform [Tobacco Dock] into a winter wonderland ”, and will offer practical food and drink master classes next to the bites to eat. The festival’s campfire site will also return, with a number of chefs cooking over it. The line-up will also be revealed soon.
In addition to food and drink, Taste will also put on live music and what they call “special entertainment”.
Taste was founded in 2004 in London, and has since toured in 15 cities across the globe; the company is also behind the World Restaurant Awards.
