Our tenancies and rights to purchase services (LRTBS) are changing to enable the team to fully meet customer needs, including the delivery of 1,800 new rental homes throughout the borough. These homes include shared ownership, shared equity and the sale of new construction.

This is an exciting and challenging time for the team to expand its knowledge and skills and provide customers with excellent service. It is also an ideal time for you to join us.

We are looking for well-organized, analytical staff with strong negotiation skills to help the team effectively forward planning and regularly avert disputes and legal challenges. With housing in London under extreme pressure, maximizing our income is an important way to improve services.

You must have a strong customer service background, have excellent IT skills, be able to prioritize and multitask at a fast pace and have a willingness to learn tenancy law. As an excellent reseller, you help the team resolve disputes and maximize revenue through efficient collection of service fees, major works, reserve fund contributions and rent, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

We need someone with a solid track record to implement excellent customer service practices, one with excellent negotiation skills who can identify issues to resolve lease disputes and complex cases effectively. To thrive in this role, you need to have a flexible approach and be able to work well under pressure, as part of a team or alone on projects.
