Beginning on January 7, 2022, Sing 2 will move and groove into Vudu. That’s right, kids. That Sing 2 The Vudu release arrives just in time for the weekend. That means you need to start your voice exercises now so you can be ready to take center stage in your living room or cave.
That Sing 2 News of the Vudu release arrives just in time for the Omicron variant to go into high gear, leaving many families stuck at home and in need of entertainment. Fortunately, there are plenty of good things to see on Vudu, including Ghostbusters: Afterlife, and Will Smith’s heartwarming drama King Richard. Families can also enjoy movies like Disney Charm, Clifford the Great Red Dog, Ron has gone wrong, The Addams Family 2, and Mitchells vs. The machines. Vudu users can also pre-order Sony’s box office breaking smash Spider-Man: No Way Home as an individual title or part of Tom Holland Spider Man three-film collection or Spider Man eight film bundle.
The incredibly long synopsis for Sing 2 reader sounds a bit like this …
This holiday season, the new chapter of Illumination’s huge animated franchise arrives with big dreams and spectacular hit songs, while the always optimistic koala, Buster Moon, and his all-star cast of artists prepare to launch their most dazzling stage extravaganza yet… the world sparkling entertainment capital. There’s only one problem: they must first persuade the world’s most withdrawn rock star – played by global music icon Bono in his animated film debut – to join them.
Buster (Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey) has turned the New Moon Theater into a local hit, but Buster has his eyes on a bigger prize: Debuts with a new show at the Crystal Tower Theater in the glamorous Redshore City.
But without any connection, Buster and his cast – including the hasty pig mother Rosita (Oscar® winner Reese Witherspoon), the rocker hedgehog Ash (Scarlett Johansson), the serious gorilla Johnny (Taron Egerton), the shy elephant Meena (Tori Kelly) and of course , pig provocateur Gunter (Nick Kroll) – must sneak into the world-famous Crystal Entertainment offices, run by the ruthless mogul Jimmy Crystal (Emmy winner Bobby Cannavale).
In a desperate attempt to get Mr Crystal’s attention, Gunter spontaneously pitches a monstrous idea that Buster quickly runs with, promising that their new show will play lion rock legend Clay Calloway (Bono). The problem is that Buster has never met Clay, an artist who shut himself off from the world more than ten years ago after the loss of his wife. Even worse, Buster has failed to realize that Mr. Crystal is an egocentric gangster who would rather drop someone off the roof of a building than be lied to.
As Gunter helps Buster invent a theatrical masterpiece that is out of this world, and the pressure (and sinister threats) from Mr. Crystal Mount, Rosita’s lead role in the series is torn away and handed over to Mr. Crystal’s pampered daughter, Porsha, played by Grammy-nominated artist Halsey. Desperate to save the show and his life, Buster embarks on a quest to find Clay and persuade him to return to the stage. What begins as a dream of great success becomes an emotional reminder of the power of music to heal even the most broken heart.
Looking forward to Sing 2‘s Vudu release? Although I was not willing to defy the theater for it, I would definitely benefit from being able to see the sequel in the comfort of my own home. Animated films are my thing and I try to watch as many of them as possible. Let’s warm up the old vocal cords and get ready to sing!
