The President of Poland tests positive for COVID for the second time

Duda was previously tested positive in October 2020 and was at that time reported not to have experienced significant illness.

Poland on Wednesday reported over 17,000 new cases and more than 630 additional deaths related to COVID-19. The country, which has a population of 38 million, has registered over 4 million cases and nearly 99,000 deaths in the pandemic.
