Apple is giving away a pair of free AirPods to teachers and students who purchase a qualified Mac or iPad in countries outside the United States, including Australia and New Zealand.

The overseas promotion applies to students and teachers who purchase the Qualified Units in Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Brazil.

It is worth noting that both Macs and iPads in these countries are available at discounted education prices if purchased through Apple’s dedicated education store.

Users who add one of the eligible Macs or iPads to their carts through the training store will have the option to add AirPods or upgrade to third generation AirPods or AirPods Pro.

Apple’s discounted education rates are available for current or new college students, parents who purchase student equipment, and teachers or educational staff. Interested users should sign up through UNiDays to get the discounts.

The regularity of the Cupertino technology giant holds back-to-school campaigns. In the US, Mexico, Canada and Europe, for example, similar deals are running towards the end of the summer.
