The Alfred Hospital Emergency and Trauma Center has again been listed as a level 1 exposure site after a COVID-positive patient visited the hospital on 14 September.

This positive cause participated in The Alfred between 17:20 and 22:45.

This is the second case of level 1 exposure this month in the emergency room after a positive case attended on 6 September.

In addition, several construction sites in the suburbs around Ballarat have been identified as Level 1 exhibits, including:

  • A construction site on 155 Majestic Way, Delacombe, between September 8 and 10
  • A construction site on Lot 5 Cerberus Lane, Canadian, on September 10th
  • A construction site on Lot 626 Nozawa Street, Winter Valley, on September 15th

Greater Ballarat was sent off in a snap, seven-day lockdown yesterday after the discovery of four COVID-19 cases.

Anyone who has visited a Level 1 site during the exposure period should be tested and isolated for 14 days.

See the table below to find all places of concern as well as their display windows.

You can find information about testing the site’s hours and the nearest place to you on the Ministry of Health’s website.
